Ordering, fitment, warranty, and liability terms

Please review these terms carefully before placing an order with Part Xpress USA.
General Ordering Terms
By ordering from Part Xpress USA, you confirm that the vehicle information, part request, shipping details, and payment information you provide are accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if required information is missing or if the order cannot be fulfilled as requested.
VIN and Fitment Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct VIN, production date, trim details, and other compatibility information before ordering. If a part does not fit and the required vehicle details were not provided or were provided incorrectly, Part Xpress USA may refuse the return or exchange.
Refund and Processing Time
Approved refund processing times may vary and can take several weeks depending on internal review, payment processors, and your bank or card provider.
Restocking and Return Charges
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply on eligible returns. If Part Xpress USA supplied the wrong part, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion after review.
Part-Type Exclusions
Some categories may be sold as-is, with limited or no exchange eligibility, depending on the part type and listing terms. These may include body parts, sheet metal, glass, wheels, tires, certain interior components, and electrical items such as modules, computers, switches, and motors.
Warranty Coverage
Engines, transmissions, and drivetrain parts may include limited warranty coverage where expressly stated. Labor, towing, fluids, shop supplies, diagnostic time, rental charges, and similar indirect costs are not covered unless stated otherwise in writing.
External accessories left attached to engines or assemblies are provided for installer convenience only and are not automatically covered under warranty.
Installation Requirements
Where warranty coverage depends on installation quality, Part Xpress USA may require installation by a qualified or ASE-certified shop. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims involving negligent installation, misuse, overheating, contamination, or unsupported modification.
Shipping and Freight
We are not liable for carrier-caused delays, loss, or shipping damage outside our direct control. Freight and shipment claims may require customer cooperation and carrier documentation. If an order is canceled after shipping costs have been committed, those costs may be withheld from any refund where permitted.
Payment Safety
Do not send cash, gift cards, or other unsecured forms of payment unless explicitly approved by Part Xpress USA. Use standard card or payment gateway methods whenever possible.
