Thank you for shopping with Part Xpress USA. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review the return terms below before requesting a cancellation, refund, or exchange.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 30 days of receiving the product, or within 30 days of the date a designated recipient took possession of the delivered item.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@partxpressusa.com with your order details and reason for the request.

Approved reimbursements are issued after the returned goods are received and reviewed. Refund timing may vary depending on bank and card processing timelines.

Conditions for Returns

For a return to be eligible:

  • The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging when reasonably possible.
  • The item must match the order it was sold under.

We may refuse a return if the item is damaged after delivery, altered, installed improperly, or otherwise fails to meet the return conditions above.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, special-order, or vehicle-specific parts sourced to your exact request.
  • Items sold strictly as-is or marked final sale.
  • Products that cannot be safely returned after installation, contamination, or damage.
  • Any part type excluded by the product listing or invoice terms.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning approved items unless Part Xpress USA supplied the wrong product. We recommend insured and trackable shipping. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return delivery.
